Engine Rebuild

What Is an Engine Rebuild?

An engine rebuild involves disassembling the engine, thoroughly cleaning and inspecting all components, and replacing or refurbishing parts as necessary. This process addresses issues such as worn bearings, damaged piston rings, and other internal engine problems that can affect performance and reliability. Rebuilding an engine can be a cost-effective alternative to engine replacement, especially when the engine block is still in good condition.

Our Engine Rebuild Process

  1. Engine Removal and Disassembly: We begin by carefully removing the engine from your vehicle and disassembling it to access all internal components.

  2. Cleaning and Inspection: All parts are cleaned to remove oil, carbon deposits, and other contaminants. We then inspect each component for wear, cracks, or other damage to determine which parts can be reused and which need replacement.

  3. Machining and Refurbishment: Components such as the cylinder head, crankshaft, and engine block may undergo machining to restore them to factory specifications. This ensures proper fit and function of all engine parts.

  4. Parts Replacement: Worn or damaged parts, including piston rings, bearings, gaskets, and seals, are replaced with high-quality components that meet or exceed OEM standards.

  5. Reassembly and Testing: The engine is reassembled with precision, and we perform thorough testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability before reinstalling it in your vehicle.
